How many times have we've been driving along and our card suddenly starts beeping and check engine. Our cars are for a lot of us our pride and joy there are means the transportation so that we could provide food in the table from the store. They take us on our way to work. They are Shelter From the rain and the cold in the winter days they're cool and shade in the summer months. We take care of our cars we wash them put gas on them change the oil and even change tires. We make sure that they're running because they are needed in our lives. So tell me what do you do when your body tells you check engine. We often forget and neglect our own needs we overworked ourselves. We don't eat properly we hardly sleep we are stressed. And we even put toxics in our own bodies. And many would say the toxics we put in our bodies as drinking and fast food and partying yes those are toxics. But those are not the toxics I'm talking about I'm talking about the taxes that we say to our own brains to our own hearts and soul. The self-doubts the fears the should have could have would have. We work hard we work hard in our jobs we work hard Twitter families would I children with their parents. We even work hard against our own selves so what do you do when you have to check engine. We take care of everybody else but our own selves so why don't we do this for I'll check engine. Take a jar label it check engine take pieces of paper and write 50 things that we want to do for our own selves. It could be as simple as taking a nap. Going to the Dollar Store watching a TV program I have 15 minutes of total silence. Check engine meaning taking a few minutes to ourselves checking our own selves. We over work ourselves mind body and soul so the reason we get the check engine is that when I don't know where we just burst out crying we kid angry we feel like there is something wrong and we don't know why. That is our own body telling us check engine. If we don't take care of ourselves even if it is once a month if we're in a tight budget do something that's just for us. How are we going to go to work how are we going to cook and be there for our families if we cannot do it for ourselves so ladies gentlemen once a month at least check engine. Go to the jar where you write the 50 papers and they don't notice things that you would do for yourself not for your children not for your husband not for your mom or the neighbor for you. And for an hour or two 15 minutes for as long as it takes you take a little piece of that paper and you check your engine because if we don't take care of ourselves. Who will take care of our families so remember check engine.
